From an early age, I began cooking. Mostly to survive, but in high school, I entered "Food Prep" and excelled in the culinary art of food preparation and service. Austrian cuisine at its finest with fish smorg feeding several hundred delighted guests and many more delighted students and teachers. Then to a construction work camp, nursing home, hotel with room service, restaurant, cafe and bar, etc. This was my life. Gained twenty-some pounds. That's a hazard with being good at cooking and savouring what ya cook!
